Spring makes it a perfect season to take a stroll on the Tiexiangsi Water Street in southern Chengdu.
As the COVID-19 pandemic is on the wane, many tourist sites in the city have reopened to visitors.
Tiexiangsi Temple Water Street is located at Hi-tech Zone in southern Chengdu. After two months of closure for the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Tiexiangsi Water Street resumed service with all entrances and exits open. Currently visitors are not required to present their IDs and health QR codes and undergo temperature checks before entry.

Tiexiangsi Water Street is named after Tiexiangsi Temple (Iron-cast Statues Temple), which was built in the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). It is nestled in a quiet whereabouts surrounded by high-rises of commercial buildings and residential communities, with the Xiaojiahe River running north-south through the whole area.
As the weather turns warmer, the traditional designs, together with a flowery scene at the park create a unique spring landscape.
