City Solicits Photos for 2019 WPFG

All participants of the Games and their families are welcome to submit their pictures showing the wonderful moments of the event and Chengdu.
The 2019 World Police and Fire Games (WPFG), a biennial athletic event open to active and retired policemen and fire fighters throughout the world, is set to kick off on August 8.
On April 16, the preparatory committee of the Games announced that all athletes and their families from around the world are welcome to submit, from the day on, their photography works recording the impressive moments of the event and interesting facets of their cities.

Their works can reflect their work, life, athletics and activities in their home countries; the natural scenery and human landscapes of their native soil; highlights of the 18th WPFG, involving the venues, volunteer services, daily training, communication between athletes, and the competitions; and, anything in relation to Chengdu, such as the city's urban construction, tourist attractions, local life, famous local products and snacks, etc.
All submissions, in JPG format, should be emailed to, together with photographers' full names, nationalities, employers and contact numbers, shooting locations, and brief introductions to the photos. All the entries will be used for the photography exhibition for the 18th WPFG and other public promotions associated with the 18th WPFG.
