New Energy Vehicles Not Subject to Travel Restrictions in Chengdu

According to a policy published July 27 by the Chengdu Municipal Government, new energy vehicles will not be subject to traffic restrictions by tail number in the city.
New energy vehicles registered in Chengdu are entitled to two-hour free parking at all government-built public parking lots in the city.
Such cars are also allowed to park at half price in P+R (parking + ride) facilities fully financed by government fiscal fund between 07:00 and 19:00 daily.
